In no event will the Platform Owner be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special or punitive damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits or revenues, business interruption, loss of business opportunities, loss of data or loss of other economic interests, whether in contract, negligence, tort or otherwise, arising from the use of or inability to use the Services, however caused and whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, warranty or otherwise, exceed the amount paid by You for using the Services giving rise to the cause of action or Rupees One Hundred (Rs. 100) whichever is less
Notwithstanding anything contained in these Terms of Use, the parties shall not be liable for any failure to perform an obligation under these Terms if performance is prevented or delayed by a force majeure event.
These Terms and any dispute or claim relating to it, or its enforceability, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

All payments are made in favour of MARKET WITH MADDY. Payments are to be made in lieu of Personalized Messages/Email newsletter/sharing of educational analysis or education on WhatsApp messages. We do not participate in any investment advisory, capital investment services, market research and analysis and do not accept payments for the same. DAILY EQUITY, MAREKT WITH MADDY, or any other associated entity on this website are not SEBI Registered and do not participate in any activities that require a SEBI registration. This T&C Agreement and the license rights granted hereunder shall remain in full force and effect unless terminated or canceled for any of the following reasons: (a) immediately by dailyequity.in for any unauthorized access or use by you (b) immediately by dailyequity.in if you assign or transfer (or attempt the same) any rights granted to you under this Agreement; (c) immediately, if you violate any of the other terms and conditions of this T&C Agreement. Termination or cancellation of this T&C Agreement shall not effect any right or relief to which dailyequity.in may be entitled, at law or in equity. Upon termination of this T&C Agreement, all rights granted to you will terminate and revert to dailyequity.in. Except as set forth herein, regardless of the reason for cancellation or termination of this T&C Agreement, the fee charged if any for access to dailyequity.in is non-refundable for any reason.
If DAILY EQUITY or MARKET WITH MADDY takes action (by itself or through its associate companies) to enforce any of the provisions of this T&C Agreement, including collection of any amounts due hereunder, DAILY EQUITY or MARKET WITH MADDY shall be entitled to recover from you (and you agree to pay), in addition to all sums to which it is entitled or any other relief, at law or in equity, reasonable and necessary attorney’s fees and any costs of any litigation.
